SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Texas Roadhouse restaurant in South Bend will be participating in a paper Shamrock fundraiser during the month of March.
The fundraiser benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association, raising money to help pay for local disabled children to attend summer camp.
The camp costs around two thousand dollars for each child to attend, so all donations are appreciated to help these children have a fun summer experience.
“It’s a great cause to donate to and it’s something we can all do together whether we’re just rounding up our bill to the next dollar. Donating the one dollar we have, it just really benefits the kids in the community,” said Cassandra O’Donnell, the Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association's green paper Shamrocks can be purchased at the restaurant or online for at least one dollar.
