The city of La Porte to be considered for HGTV

LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. – The city of La Porte has appealed to be part of HGTV’s Home Town Takeover.
The show will take over the chosen town and renovate and restore it, to fix public areas that may be in need.
If LaPorte is chosen, they will be featured on the show in 2021, La Porte County Life said.
The deadline to enter was on Friday, after HGTV announced the contest in January.
