The city of Elkhart is now boasting one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics it was 3.5-percent last spring.

Elkhart has come a long way since the height of the recession when unemployment was more than 20-percent.

Now that things are going well, who should get credit for the success?
