A chance in wind direction brings back the cold and the clouds for Friday. The bitter cold doesn't last, as 40s returns next week, along with a couple chances for rain.
Tonight: Cold. Mostly clear skies. Negative wind chills. Low 4.
Wednesday: Cold. Mostly sunny. High 24.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. High 30.
