The fall weather you've been waiting for is here, mild sunny days and cool, not cold nights. Temperatures fluctuate but highs will stay in the 70s through Sunday. There's a cool-down early next week, highs in the 60s and a couple of chilly nights, then temperatures rise to end next week.

Tonight: Clear. Low 48.

Thursday: Sunny. High 78.

Friday: Mostly sunny. High 74.

Saturday: Sunny. High 76.
