Rain, wind, and milder temperatures forecast this weekend
Cloud cover will clear this morning and turn to mostly sunny this afternoon. The sunshine and southerly winds will help to warm temperatures into the lower 90s. It will be humid this afternoon with dewpoint temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Cloud cover will return later tonight and last through mid-morning tomorrow. Along with the cloud cover, a few rain showers and thunderstorms are possible during the early morning tomorrow, primarily in our southwestern Michigan counties. Those will clear out and then more sunshine returns tomorrow afternoon. Highs tomorrow will be in the lower 90s.
The main story this week will be the heat and humidity, with highs holding in the 90s through Thursday afternoon. Late Thursday night through Saturday low rain chances return to the forecast, with the best chance right now looking to be Friday evening. High temperatures will drop into the lower 80s by this weekend.
Today: Mostly sunny. High 92.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. High 92.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 93.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 91.
