Severe weather likely for portions of Michiana later today
The heat is on, temperatures rise near 90 Friday and likely reach 90 degrees this weekend. The forecast is fair, no rain and relatively low humidity, a 'dry heat' by Michiana standards. This is not good news for dry conditions as drought will likely worsen across the area. The heat continues next week but the humidity will rise, the chance of rain peaks the middle of next week before the heat breaks with scattered showers / storms.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 62.
Tomorrow: Morning clouds. High 88.
Saturday: Sunny. High 90.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. High 91.
