The Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum offering train rides on Halloween

STARKE COUNTY, Ind. – The Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum will be offering train excursions on Saturday, October 31 for families to enjoy some autumn experiences.

The train will travel through the countryside to Grand Kankakee Marsh area, all while taking in the sights and smells of the fall colors and harvest.

This is a 10 mile train ride that will last about 45 minutes.

Departing times are:

  • 10:00 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m.
  • 2:00 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m.

Tickets are $12 for adults 16 and up, 6-15 are $10, and 1-5 are $6. The museum is always free.

Advanced ticket purchase is suggested, but walk up ticket purchasing is available. There is reduced and limited seating.

Masks are required when social distancing is not possible.
