Hot and Humid Independence Day, Storms return Sunday
The humidity rises, Wednesday will be the warmest day this week. Rain is likely Thursday, and Thursday night thunderstorms with downpours are possible. Scattered thunderstorms continue on a sticky Friday, showers may then linger through Saturday. Much needed soaking rain, in excess of one inch is likely Thursday through Saturday. The biggest IF in the forecast is if the system will linger longer into Sunday or exit more quickly. At this point the later seems more likely, and showers seem less likely Sunday-Monday.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 59.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 86.
Thursday: Showers. High 80.
Friday: Scattered Storms. High 84.
