The pumpkin patch comes to kindergarteners at Coloma Elementary

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – In the past, kindergarteners at Coloma Elementary would visit Jollay Orchard on a field trip. With the pandemic changing how life functions, the Jollay staff decided to bring the pumpkins to the kids instead.

On Friday, October 23rd, Jollay Orchard brought some of its pumpkins to the school and set them up like a pumpkin patch on a playground.

The kindergarten classes and special education classes took turns in the field, hunting for that perfect gourd.

After everyone got to pick out their treasure, all the students got cider and donuts from Jollay Orchard.
