One year later, many still reliving Colon tornado
The South Shore Line will be operating a weekend/holiday train schedule for Labor Day, Monday, September 7.
The Millennium Station ticket office will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.
All other ticket offices will be closed on Monday. Passengers can use the ticket vending machines, on-board the train, or use the South Shore Mobile App.
- Friday, September 4: Alcohol is prohibited on all trains after 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, September 5-7: Alcohol is prohibited on all trains.
NICTD’s administrative offices in Chesterton and Michigan City will also be closed on Monday because of the holiday.
