The third man wanted in connection with the murder of a Fulton County woman is in police custody

ROCHESTER, Ind -- The third man wanted in connection with the murder of a Fulton County woman is in police custody.
Police arrested 24-year-old Roy Bell at a Monterey home early Friday afternoon. Bell had been on the run since escaping during a police chase Wednesday night.
As a result of that same police chase, 24-year-old Jason Miller and 25-year-old William Scroggs were arrested.
All three men are facing murder, robbery and burglary charges in relation to the murder of 81-year-old Wilma Upsall. Upsall's body was found shot to death in her Rochester Home Tuesday night.
