BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – 41- year-old Demario Gunn has died from a gunshot wound to the head according to the Benton Township Police Department.
The incident occurred Tuesday evening when officers were called to the Blossom Acres Apartments in the 100 block of Concord.
A bullet had struck the victim in the head and he was taken to a local hospital.
The search continues for a suspect in the shooting.
