Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
SOUTH BEND,Ind. -- The Lunar New Year is upon and the Portage Collective in South Bend is celebrating and welcoming the year of the snake.
Members of the Portage Collective telling ABC57 News that the year of the snake is a time for everyone to shed negative energies and grow new skin and transform.
This was the third annual Lunar celebration at the Portage Collective and the second consecutive year they co-sponsored the celebration with the LIU Institute for Asia and Asian studies at Notre Dame.
