Three Rivers man arrested after discovery of fentanyl, stolen property

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. - A 41-year-old Three Rivers man was arrested after investigators found several illegal substances and stolen property in his possession, according to Michigan State Police.

Law enforcement arrested the man on November 21 for outstanding warrants before finding psilocybin mushrooms, unknown pills and suspected stolen property at the residence he was at, according to police reports.

They also found evidence of distributing methamphetamines and heroin/fentanyl, police said.

He was arrested for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines, heroin, psilocybin mushrooms and maintaining a drug house, in addition to existing warrants.

The investigation and discovery were led by the state police Southwest Enforcement Team.
