TORONTO -- Many living in Toronto are still in the dark and another storm is on the way.

Power crews in Toronto are racing to restore power to thousands of people left in the dark because of that massive ice storm.

This comes as officials have issued a warning about a fresh round of winter weather headed to the area.

They say snowfall has delayed their efforts, causing equipment to lose power.
