SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Deputy Health Officer Dr. Mark D. Fox addressed new concerns over coronavirus statistics, test kits and antibody testing.
Dr. Fox was appointed part-time Deputy of Health by the St. Joseph County Board of Health in 2018 and is currently the Associate Dean, Director of Indiana University of South Bend School of Medicine.
