ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Crews will be constructing a sidewalk on the southwest quadrant of Lincolnway East and Capital Ave. (SR 331) on Monday, August 14.
With funding awarded by St. Joseph County, the sidewalk will eventually connect to Jefferson Blvd.
During the beginning of the project, westbound traffic will be down to one lane and as the project progresses, lane openings will change.
Officials say to plan for delays.
