SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Several roads in South Bend will close down beginning Tuesday and through Thursday for routine milling/paving as well as the installation of a water main.
Starting on September 10 Riverside Drive from Angela Boulevard to Academy Place will be milled and resurfaced. Flaggers will be directing one-lane traffic.
On September 11 Walnut Street between Western Avenue and Huron Street will be closed. Crews are installing a new water main and sanitary line.
Both projects are expected to be done by September 13.
Finally, on September 12, Linden Avenue from Mayflower Road to Lombardy Drive will be closed for milling and resurfacing. Linden Avenue is expected to be done by September 16.
