Traffic temporarily affected after trees fall into St. Joe River

Traffic was blocked off on North Shore Drive north of downtown South Bend when trees on the riverbank fell towards the river.
The road wasn't damaged, but traffic was blocked off for a short time.
The city says it will fix the river bank once it gets a permit from the Department of Natural Resources.
