Transformational Spaces announces a program for ‘at risk’ teens in South Bend

Photo courtesy Transformational Spaces SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Transformational Spaces in South Bend is offering a program to help ‘at risk’ teens get preparation for the workforce.
This program demonstrates hands on learning by moving and reconstructing a house.
Students who were gang members or those who struggled now have the ability to strive towards a better life.
A house near Notre Dame will be moved and then renovated by students who will learn skills in plumbing, electric and landscaping.
The project is funded by Habitat for Missions located out of Marion, IN.
