Transpo hosting two open houses for employment
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation will be hosting two Employment Open House events in December.
The first open house will be hosted on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The second open house will be hosted on December 16 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Both events will be hosted at the Emil “Lucky” Reznik Administration, Maintenance and Operations Facility, 1401 South Lafayette Blvd in South Bend.
Positions that Transpo is immediately hiring for include:
- Part and Full Time Fixed Route Bus Operators
- Part and Full Time Access Van Operators
- Full Time Service Line
- Full Time Mechanics
- Full Time Administrative Coordinator
- Full Time Director of Ridership
- Part Time HR Generalist
Transpo will be giving detailed information about the job description, compensation and benefit package available for each of their open positions at these open houses.
Qualified candidates will be assisted by Transpo in obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License during training for the positions that require one.
