Travel restrictions in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. -- There will be some traffic restrictions in Elkhart due to street paving projects.
Detours will be in place for Goshen Avenue from Middlebury Street to Toledo Road until Friday.
Starting Wednesday, St. Clair Avenue will be shut down from Middlebury Street to Goshen Avenue.
