Trial date pushed back for Michigan man accused of killing girlfriend

The man accused of killing his girlfriend and leaving her body near a roadway had his trial date pushed back.


Monday, a judge set a new trial date for Jorge Cardenes, 31, who is accused of killing Kim Whitestout, Whitestout's body was found in Cass County, Michigan back in March.


Prosecutors say Whitestout told Cardenes to move out shortly before she was killed.
