ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- On Monday, a trial date was set for a St. Joseph County woman charged in a double murder.
40-year-old Jenifer Leveque is accused of assisting a criminal.
Police said that on June 2, she drove Steven Clippinger to his brother's house in Mishawaka.
That's where police said Clippinger shot and killed his brother and sister-in-law.
Leveque is set to go to trial on Sept. 24, the same day as Clippinger.
The judge also refused to lower her bond. It's set at $60,000 corporate surety or $6,000 cash.
