Trial date set in Dec 2011 murder

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A St Joseph County man accused of killing his ex-wife is headed to trial.
A judge set an April 8th trial date for Joseph Wayer Wednesday.
Police say he stabbed his ex-wife Barbara Sheppard to death outside a Mishawaka tobacco store in December 2011.
