Tropical storm remnants flood roadways

MELVILLE, N.Y. — Streets in New York are flooded due to the remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea.
Many drivers have had to push through standing water on the roads. Some drivers made it through while others did not.
Several people were rescued.
The remnants of the storm are now moving towards Canada. Strong winds are still being reported in New Jersey.
