Tuesday is Primary Election Day in Michigan

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Voters in Michigan have a few more hours to get to the polls to cast their ballots. Polls close at 8 p.m.

The biggest proposal on the ballot is the statewide Proposal One. Voters will decide whether the personal property tax for businesses will be phased out.

In addition to the proposals on the ballot, the primary will determine whether Fred Upton or Jim Bussler will be the Republican candidate for US Representative.

Upton has been the US Representative for Michigan's sixth district for the last 21 years.
