Two injured a Cass County crash involving a car and truck

CASS COUNTY, Mich.  -- The Cass County Sheriff's office is investigating a crash between a car and a truck on M-152 near Brooks Drive in Silver Creek Township. It happened Saturday morning around 9:30. 

Emergency crews got to the scene and found the vehicle being driven by Derek Nestich had crossed the M-152 center line and hit the vehicle being driven by David Phillips. 

Both Nestich and Phillips were taken to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital for their injuries. 

Their condition is unknown at this time. 

Drugs and alcohol do not seem to be a factor in the crash at this time.
