Police say a driver travelling north on CR 17 was stopped at the intersection before driving into the path of another vehicle travelling west on CR 142.
After the two vehicles collided, the northbound vehicle crashed into another car that was stopped and facing south on CR 17, police say.
That southbound driver was transported to Goshen Hospital for neck pain.
The westbound driver was treated for minor injuries at the scene of the crash.
