Two injured in Elkhart stabbing

The Elkhart Police Department is investigating a stabbing that happened Friday, June 12th around 10:30 p.m.

A fight involving several people happened in the 1300 block of Delaware Street in Elkhart which led to the stabbing.

Officers found one victim with a stab wound to the torso and another victim who suffered a laceration to the head.

Both injured victims were rushed to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment of what appeared to be non-life threatening wounds, according to police.

There have been no arrests at this time and no information on a suspect has been released.
