Two men arrested in Cass County meth bust

CASS COUNTY, Ind. – According to Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, two men were arrested on Thursday after a search warrant was carried out by detectives from the Cass County Drug Enforcement team.

Officials seized over 25 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The search was conducted at the 69000 block of Hazel Street in Porter Township in Cass County.

Both men, a 47-year-old male and a 36 year-old male, are from Three Rivers. They were arrested at the scene and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine.

The 47-year-old male, who also owns the home where the men were arrested, was also charged with Maintaining a Drug House.

Both men were booked into the Cass County Jail and are scheduled to be arraigned in the 4th District Court in Cass County.

An investigation is ongoing.
