Marshall County Jail MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Around 1 a.m. Sunday, two men were discovered inside a Plymouth residence during a warrant service, one with an active warrant and the other found in violation of a no contact order.
The 54-year-old Mark Elder had an active warrant through Marshall County and he was arrested with no bond.
The 29-year-old Dakota Elder was charged with Invasion of Privacy with a Prior Conviction as a Level 6 Felony and Possession of Marijuana as a Class B Misdemeanor. His bond was set at $1,505.
Around 1 a.m. Sunday, Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies say they conducted a warrant service at a residence in the 2,400 block of Michigan Road, Plymouth, finding Dakota and Mark Elder hiding in the home.
Mark had an active warrant in Marshall County, whereas Dakota was found to be in violation of a no contact order. Suspected marijuana was also found in the residence.
The Elders were transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged.
