Two men hospitalized after shooting early Friday morning

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A man called 9-1-1 Friday morning to report he had been shot. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found another man who had also been shot.

Just after midnight, Fulton County 9-1-1 received a call from a man who said he had been shot near the area of SR 17 and CR 700 N near a residence.

When first responders arrived, they found the victim and a second victim at a residence on SR 17, according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies, a Culver Police Officer, an Aubbeenaubbee Township firefighter and Lutheran Medics treated the victims until the Samaritan helicopter arrived.

Both men were flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.

The victims have been identified as 36-year-old Glenn Charles Linderman of Plymouth, and 24-year-old Brady Douglas Lemar of Culver.

Both are listed in stable condition.

An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
