Two men walk into hospital with injuries after shooting on S. Olive Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind.— Two men walked into Memorial Hospital with injuries on Sunday after a shooting on S. Olive Street.

Around 7 p.m. on Sunday, officers were called to the 600 block of S. Olive Street regarding a ShotSpotter Alert.

Officers found multiple shell casings at the scene.

Dispatch workers then told police that two men had walked into Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds.

Both men had non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation remains active and anyone with information is asked to contact Michiana Crime Stoppers at 288-STOP or 800-342-STOP or the South Bend Police Department Investigative Bureau at 235-9263.
