Michigan State Trooper opens fire on suspect in Benton Harbor
Investigators say it happened around 10:00 Monday night in the 1100 block of East Madison Street.
Police say there was a large group outside a home in the area when someone fired into the crowd and everyone scattered.
According to police, family members took the victims to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have not released the victims' names.
Police gathered evidence at the scene and located a vehicle with gunfire damage at the hospital.
Our team of reporters also saw glass shattered in the street, one car passenger window with a bullet hole in it, and several police markings on the street. Police continued to patrol the area Tuesday evening as they continue their search for suspects.
