Two teens arrested, accused of pistol-whipping a Mishawaka cop

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Two teens are locked up, accused of assaulting a Mishawaka cop.

19-year-old Kenneth Kunkel and 19-year-old Andrew Swank face several charges, including aggravated battery and resisting law enforcement.

Police said the attack happened Tuesday night in an alley.

Kunkel was stopped by an officer.

Police said he hit the cop several times in the head with a gun before he was arrested.

A K-9 until tracked down Swank shortly after.
