Two-vehicle crash at intersection of County Road 28 and County Road 33, injures 8-year-old boy

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - At around 1:24 p.m., a vehicle, driven by a 45-year-old Goshen man, disregarded a stop sign at an intersection, resulting in his vehicle being struck on the driver's side by a vehicle, driven by a 57-year-old Goshen man, according to the police report.

The report states the 45-year-old driver had an 8-year-old boy as his passenger.

Police say the boy and the driver were taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The 45-year-old driver was cited for disregarding a stop sign, according to the report.

The report states the 57-year-old man suffered no injuries.
