Two-vehicle crash sends two people to hospital in Starke County

STARKE COUNTY, Ind. - Just before noon, on Wednesday, April 25, a vehicle failed to yield at the intersection of County Road 50 South and IN-23, and was then struck by a northbound vehicle, according to officials.

The 78-year-old Knox man, failed to yield and was struck on the passenger side by the northbound vehicle, driven by a 69-year-old Culver man accompanied by a 68-year-old Culver woman, according to the report.

Officials state, two subjects were taken to area hospitals for treatment, and one subject has been released.

The case remains under investigation.
