Two victims of shooting in Elkhart

Police are investigating a shooting in Elkhart in which there are two victims.  Investigators say they arrived at the scene on Hiawatha Drive in Elkhart shortly after 1 p.m. today and found the two victims.  They are described as an adult male and an adult female.

They were both transported to a local hospital, but police don't think their injuries are life threatening.

Elkhart police say they think this is an isolated incident and they don't think there is any danger to the public.

No word yet on suspects or an arrest.
