SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend Venues Parks and Arts and U93 teamed up to host the Summer Activities Expo held at the Century Center on Saturday.
The free event had balloon artists, bounce houses, a magician and other activities for kids to do during the day. The expo allowed parents to learn more about activities, camps, and other summer programs offered across Michiana that their children during summer break.
"This event at U93 that we do every spring to get all the families and kids ready for the summer. Plan out an amazing summer for the kids so they're not staying at home saying, 'mom, dad, I'm bored'. So, we display and highlight all the amazing organizations and businesses and camps in Michiana, and show goes some here so that families in Michiana can find some fun things to do for their kids this summer," said U93's Big Perm.
For more information on upcoming events can be found online at U93 or SBVPA's websites.
