Ultra light plane crash in Cass County

An ultra light plane crashed in Jefferson Township in Cass County near Mullins Road around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
Police say the pilot was injured, but did not comment on the extent of his injuries.
Neighbors say they saw one neighbor flying his plane frequently.
"I see him up in the air. He'll wave. I'll wave back," Dave Friske said.
Police have not yet released the name of the pilot.
