Unions file right-to-work restraining order

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Right-to-work is back in the headlines.

A federal judge will hear arguments on the controversial law next week. Unions have requested a temporary restraining order to stop it from being enforced.

Local 150 said the law will make it virtually impossible for the union to sustain itself. Gov.

Daniels signed right-to-work into law at the beginning of the month.
