Unresponsive youth pulled from pond near Nappanee

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call Saturday around 1:30 p.m. about a CPR in progress on a juvenile male pulled from a pond.
Reports say he was pulled from a pond near the 11,000 block of N 1000 W, south of Nappanee, and was unresponsive indicating the need for CPR.
The juvenile was transported to Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
His name, age, and current condition will be released as they become available.
The incident is under investigation by Indiana Conservation Officers.
