UPDATE: 2-year-old found in pool at Osceola day care in very critical condition

OSCEOLA, Ind. -- There is an update on the near-drowning at an Osceola day care.
On Thursday, a toddler was flown to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis after a teacher found her in a pool, not breathing.
We just got off the phone with the Osceola Police Chief.
He said she's in very critical condition.
We also learned that the state also closed the Beverly Court day care because it was not up to state code. The state said they need to cut the number of children attending from nine to five or get a license. The day care cannot reopen until that happens.
