UPDATE: Drunk 9-year-old recovering

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- New information into the case of a 9-year-old boy from South Bend who was rushed to the hospital after police found him drunk.
He was checked out by doctors Sunday when he blew a .18 during a portable breath test, twice the legal limit for an adult.
His mother told ABC 57 News she had some wine coolers in the fridge, but she doesn't think it was enough to make him that drunk.
The boy is currently still under a doctor's care.
