UPDATE: Police investigating 2-month-old death

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Deputies are investigating the death of a newborn baby. UPDATE: Deputies said they were called to the apartment at 5:37 p.m. on Sunday for a child not breathing. Medics rushed two-month-old Elia-Juwon Baker to the hospital after police found him unresponsive at an apartment on Riverbend Circle. Officers said on Monday that all the facts of the case are still under investigation. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
