UPDATE: Trial date for Terry Sturgis confirmed

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Terry Sturgis' trial date is confirmed.
The South Bend father is accused of beating his 10-year-old son, Tramelle, to death last November.
Two weeks ago, Sturgis dropped his insanity defense and pleaded not guilty. Sturgis was in court for a hearing Tuesday morning.
120 potential jurors have already been called.
Sturgis will stand trial on May 14.
