UPDATE: Two-year-old missing girl found in Chicago

The two-year-old girl allegedly kidnapped by her moving after a supervised visit has been found.
Police say they found Chloe West late Thursday in Chicago with her biological mother, Lisa West.
The mother is awaiting extradition to Michigan where she will face parental kidnapping charges.
