SOUTH BEND --- The U.S. 20/31 Bypass is back open as of 4 a.m. Monday morning.
Crews in St. Joseph County had closed all lanes due to slick road conditions, with lake effect snow and temperatures in the single digits in the forecast for Monday morning.
